Sears Home Services overall absolutely sucks, been waiting since January for repairs with many no shows. Time to hire more techs or don’t offer a service I pay for that you can’t back up. Massive change in quality from last year

Recommended! Matt was prompt, time efficient, and very helpful. Aside from the mechanical attention to the washer/dryer, Matt gave me tips on keeping it clean and the proper amount of detergent to use.

Top notch service. John is a real pro. Courteous. Friendly. Knowledgeable. This is his second time here. The service making the appointment was great. Getting the service contract is not that expensive but worth every penny.
