Im a client who doesnt mind waiting a bit and am flexible to reschedules and other areas where I can, so my only criticisms are stuff I dont mind. In turn I am consistently amazed at her ability in general, and the kindness she carries with her.Scheduling an appointment is easy. Occassionally your phone call wont be picked up, but try again in a half hour or so they will be there.New patient portal (due to merger or takeover of some sort) is difficult to sign in/navigate, but that also may be because I am used to doing it differently.Overall, if you work with them they will work with you, and if you can get in with Lala def do that.“
