Always a great workout

This is the best Pilates experience I have ever had: thorough, fun, tailored to one's personal needs. Nora is professional and personal in her teaching with all her students. I love it and it has made a difference in my body and my life.

This is a classical/authentic pilates studio. It's not good! The owner, Nora isn't a bad woman just not a good pilates teacher. And she likes to talk about herself too much. Her workouts aren't worth the money. Plus, she pushes her friends on you. For example, she sent me to a horrible salon in Woodstock to get my hair done. Nora vehemently denies that she barters services with others in the area but its obvious that she does. When I asked her about this she got really defensive with me in an odd way.
