I have been going to Liz regularly either monthly, every two weeks or weekly for almost 3 years & her magical hands and extraordinary massage therapy allow me to stay healthy, my muscles rejuvenated from the stress of being an all in full time homeschool mom who also runs a business and my mental health stays balanced because I’m getting such amazing self care time from such a gifted energy worker.
