During the recent subzero temperatures we had a valve malfunction that led to our losing heat and then water. We put in an anxious call to EZ HVAC Sunday afternoon, figuring that because of the lateness of our call and because of the likelihood that they were already booked and out on other calls, we might be out of luck. However, they did not miss a beat! They had an Emergency Team here within a couple of hours and in another 2 hours, we were up and running. The EZ HVAC personnel are always very professional, regardless of which individuals come to make the repairs. As senior citizens, we especially need to know that vital and timely help is just a phone call away.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with this company. The office staff booking our appointment was very helpful, pleasant and explained the whole process to me on the phone. The tech, Gio was punctual, friendly, thorough and spent time explaining the situation to me and making sure to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend choosing this company if you need a plumber.

I’m so impressed by Ricky who came to our home and fixed our Central Air. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else do such a better job. We had service done by another company, which they never listened to what I said and had to come 2 times because they ran out of the house and tell them it’s not fixed.
