Hank Cooper went above and beyond to help us when he was already closed. We found ourselves in need of being pumped on a weekend. He came over within an hour and was very friendly and empathetic. He took his time to make sure everything was working properly and was professional and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend E Cooper & Son. It’s great having a local company that cares about their neighbors.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value What amazing service! Hank came, found our tank on his first try, and neatly and cleanly cleared up a problem that could have been much worse if we had waited a few more months. He patiently answered all of my questions and made recommendations for keeping our septic healthy in the future. There was no mess, the truck was sparklingly clean, and Hank and his helper left everything neat and in perfect condition. In addition, Hank gave me important and useful information about my septic system that will benefit me, or the next owner, if we or they ever choose to finish the basement. I can't recommend this local, third generation family business enough.
