They did my roof in fall 2022. Since then there have been many serious defects. The yankee gutters they “restored” are non-functional. A part of the roof was not nailed down properly and lifted up in the dead of winter. The flat roofing they installed has low points below grade that collect water, and has gaps at the roof edges that i suspect are leaking. They were responsive for a time immediately after the job, but have failed to respond to my latest complaints. They did not warranty their work, but were supposed to. I assume they are now out of business.

Quality work and reliable staff. Colonial Roofing made a very generous donation to the Ulster County SPCA recently in the form of repairs for our medical clinic. Won’t even come for an estimate in October. Say they couldn’t possibly do anything until winter - which everyone knows is prime roofing weather in the Northeast, right? ...Don’t bother.
