I ordered an orchid from Burgevine for a friend in April. It is gorgeous & she loves it. In June I attempted to send her another orchid, I placed the order & was charged, but my friend never received the plant. After numerous phone calls to Burgevine Florist, being assured each time the orchid would be send , my friend never got an orchid. After a week when I asked her once again if she received flowers, she said "Tell them to give you your money back. " as she had not received anything from them. I did so and several days later they credited my account. Their products are lovely & I wish I could say otherwise, but sad to say this was a very unpleasant... read full review

I am disappointed with this florist. I have ordered from them on occasion, and the quality is too hit-or-miss for me. I have had to return my bouquets a few times this month, and I have now given up on ordering from them again. I had placed an order for a bouquet and they did not send me what I had ordered (size or color), and the quality of the flowers was poor (thin stems, and looked like what you'd find in a supermarket). This was after I had told two of the staff there TWICE exactly what I wanted, but they still did not send me what I paid for. Then they apologized and told me that the flowers "had been sitting in the refrigerator for a while" and told... read full review
