Some people have the ability to take body work to another level, and that is certainly true of Akiko and Attune Wellness. Her treatments are nothing less than a spiritual experience and I felt completely safe, cared for, and relaxed the entire time. The sound healing and tuning forks add an additional level of relaxation and harmonizing of the mind, body, and spirit. I left feeling calm, present, and attuned. Transformative.
One of the best massage and spa experiences of my life. I had the full package of massage, facial, shirodhara, and steam. It was the most beautiful relaxing energizing magical experience. Thinking of planning another trip to Kingston just to book another visit with Akiko!
The first time I came to Akiko I was in a lot of muscle pain and joint stiffness from cancer treatment and medically induced menopause. My body and mind had been through a lot! Akiko found a way to help my body readjust to my new normal. Every time I go, I am amazed by Akiko's intuitive healing abilities. My favorite combination therapies are garshana, abyanga, and marma facial. Truly incredible experience!!
