Advanced Comfort Systems did a wonderful job fixing what has been a four-year problem with my Fujitsu Mini Split system; one that seemed completely insurmountable. Prior to Rich's help I was told I would need to replace my entire system to the tune of about $12,000. Rich was able to answer my questions about what was going on with my machines without all the confusing jargon. He quoted me a reasonable price and did not go over budget. Rich was quick to respond and had the job done within two weeks of my initial contact. I have used the cooling mode, the fan mode and the dry mode without any issues. Rich, the owner of the company, was excellent to work with. He has a high-level of technical competence and is very responsive to customer needs. The technology that he works with, Fujitsu mini-splits, is an industry leader. I have a Fujitsu mini-split in my previous home that has been working flawlessly for more than 10 years. I highly recommend Rich and feel that you will have a great experience working with him.
