Advanced Comfort Systems did a wonderful job fixing what has been a four-year problem with my Fujitsu Mini Split system; one that seemed completely insurmountable. Prior to Rich's help I was told I would need to replace my entire system to the tune of about $12,000. Rich was able to answer my questions about what was going on with my machines without all the confusing jargon. He quoted me a reasonable price and did not go over budget. Rich, the owner of the company, was excellent to work with. He has a high-level of technical competence and is very responsive to customer needs. The technology that he works with, Fujitsu mini-splits, is an industry leader. I have a Fujitsu mini-split in my previous home that has been working flawlessly for more than 10 years. I highly recommend Rich and feel that you will have a great experience working with him.

We recently had 7 Fujitsu units installed in our house by Advanced Comfort Systems. The owner, Rich Cavanagh, came to my house and completed an energy needs assessment. He measured each room and window sizes and made a plan to put in the correct size units in the house. I was concerned that the units would be obtrusive, loud, and clunky. He assured me that would not be the case. We went with this company because his advanced training doubled our warranty with Fujitsu.We scheduled an install date and then he called and asked if we wanted to get it done earlier.
