“Jose remodeled my kitchen and basement. In my kitchen he removed a wall that divided the kitchen and living room and provided an open space. The kitchen turned out beautiful, he matched the floor in the kitchen with my current living room floor. In the basement he removed laundry room and reconnected washer and dryer gas line upstairs and reconfigured my basement into a one-bedroom. He removed the small window and put an egress window and a bathroom w/shower stall. I trusted Jose with my vision, and he over exceed my expectations. Jose is very trustworthy.“

“Rob from R&D flooring is absolutely the best. As first time home owners who had an issue with a prior floor company, we were hesitant to use them again for our main floor. My sister/brother in law recommended R&D flooring and I am so glad they did! Rob returned my initial phone call immediately, came over the next day for an estimate! We needed floor repairing as well, to whom he recommended someone for. Once Rob came in, the process took about 4 days. He came early morning and left late afternoon. Worked in the heat all day, keeping his word that the floor would be done by the weekend. He laid out stains for us to make the final decision very quickly and made it easy. He sent us pictures of the progress made each day. He is dependable, professional, friendly, down to earth guy. We knew our house was in good hands. “It's not often that one finds an individual dedicated to his work. Dealing with Frank (the owner) was quite the experience. After research several companies & hearing them tell me I was in bad shape & saw me as a quick score bc of my time restriction I decided to think about my situation. My parents found an old invoice from 13 yrs ago when F&D did their floors. Frank was sincere & up front on every problem he saw & explained how he would fix it. Within 24 hours Frank gave me the estimate & had a crew of professionals there to begin removing all the original floors in no time. “We got Craig’s name from a family member that had used him to refinish their living room floors a while back. We saw their floors during the holidays and they looked absolutely amazing. My wife and I had been going back and forth on redoing our floors for a while and finally decided to do it. Our floors were in great condition, but we weren’t happy with the color (more of an orange-ish). I called Craig and he came by within a few days to give us an estimate.
