Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cleaners. Nat is passionate about what she does and will go out of her way to make sure your needs are met. Came to her last minute for a suit I needed tailored for a wedding and she came through for me.

Nat is an ANGEL and her dry cleaning services are the best in Queens, hands down! I trusted her to preserve my wedding dress [and all of my bridal dresses leading up to the wedding] and she over delivered. Her tailor also did a phenomenal job of hemming a bridesmaid dress of mine when I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. Truly, I couldn't be any happier with Nat or her services.Not only is she personable, she is also a phenomenal business woman and runs her dry cleaners better than most. When I didn't have a place to store my wedding dress directly after my wedding, she held onto it for me for a little but to give me additional time to sort things out.10000/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get anything dry cleaned. Nat's cleaners is a LIFE SAVERRRRRR!! They altered my bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding on short notice and did an amazing job. When I was late to pick it up and the store front was already closed, Nat drove back and opened up the store for me since the wedding was the following morning and I needed the dress.Not only do they do good work at Nat's Cleaners, but Nat has a heart of gold! This is officially the ONLY cleaners I will be using when I'm in NYC! 10/10 would recommend.Service: Alterations
