I brought my cat into KGAH because her regular vet was closed Sunday and she had a recurring UTI that needed to be addressed. I was able to get a same day appointment, and Dr. Botros was wonderful. He was caring, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Reception was helpful, friendly, and efficient. And bonus, there 2 giant cats who help man the office :) This was my third time at KGAH over the past several years and I feel very comfortable there. Thank you to all staff!
My brother and I brought in our cat for his yearly physical at 4:30pm, but we wound up having to wait over an hour to be seen. Once we were seen, however, Dr. Lara provided exemplary service. She answered all of our questions and gave our cat a comprehensive check-up. I only wish they had other doctors on call so that we didn’t have to wait as long as we did.
I've been coming to this Kew Garden's Animal Hospital for almost a year and not once have they let me down. Every time I've visited, I've seen Doctor Botros and with every visit, I felt like he really listened to my concerns about my cat, Mula. Whenever he advised me, I could tell it was coming from a place of genuine care for my animal. Sometimes, I struggled to cover everything, but he would be able to narrow it down to the most important things, keys to her getting better. I also try to go when the vet tech Javed is there. They radiate so much warmth when dealing with Mula, that I feel comfortable leaving her in their hands.
