The coordinator that has been assigned to me 8 years ago help my kid to get the right services that he need it at that time. Now, he is 10 he is verbal and has improved socially. I can’t thank them enough to guide us in the right direction. There is couple things I would suggest one as soon as the diagnosis is done ask about the program for horizon or nest program for kids that are very smart and have a diagnosis. There is a waiting list to enter the program.

This agency is terrible and irresponsible, Was trying to reach this agency to find some information but none could answer me. I was trying to reach since morning and now its 3:35pm. really hard to reach them, vary disappointed.

Literally the coordinators do not know what they’re doing, they don’t communicate properly which is their literal job, they also put their personal feelings into it being petty and all. No wonder so many employees are going to different agencies and patients also are telling their own aides to leave the agency its inconvenient to them as well. Personal Touch do a better job and listen to the aid and your patients. I can’t even… I don’t suggest working for this company. They also say they paid $18 during training and they don’t it’s just $15 and depending on the case you get what you get, there is a union though you may contact.
