I originally rated it one star because I was pissed off at the service I received. But after careful consideration, the actions of one Barber should not be a reflection on the shop/business its owner or the rest of the Staff Members who do a great job. This is the only Barber Shop in town that I would consider going to. Certainly not going to allow one bad haircut hinder me from returning.
I found this gem of a place a year ago and since have purchased two series. I go for massages specifically by Ingrid who is probably the best medical massage professional in all of time! She is caring and knows what she is doing. I literally feel like I'm floating when she is done. The place is professional and very clean. I did have a facial there twice but they're really best at massages. The facial person didn't have enough experience and the products were not that great for the price. If you want a great massage though, this is the place!
Deon is an excellent electrician and responsive. I have used his services so far a couple of times and am very pleased. Leasing and managing rentals out of state can be challenging but I am so glad I have a reliable electrician to call on when my tenants have an issue. Highly recommend!
Great company. Hired them to help me with an extension on my house and not only did they deliver, they answered every question and addressed any concerns I had along the way as well. Only thing is it took a little longer than I was originally anticipating, but after speaking with them I was reassured that everything had been filed already and that they were waiting to hear back from the department of buildings.
I had a light colored leather jacket that I have been trying to get two pen marks removed. Every place I went to said it could not be removed. The cobbler was able to remove the marks and leave the jacket looking new!!!! Thank you so much . I will bring all my leather goods here from now on .
I recently used Queens Rug Cleaning for a large area rug that I had purchased at an antique store. I was impressed with the quality of service they provided. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the cleaning process, and they did a great job of cleaning the rug. The rug looks like new, and it smells fresh and clean. I am very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend Queens Rug Cleaning to others.
Green Pest Exterminating is always very reliable, professional and thorough. I was able to get an appointment right away, same for the other 2 times I have used them. Richie is always very thorough and mindful if there are any pets in the home. Green Pest Exterminating has exceptional service.

I’ve been going to Ashley for cuts and whenever I just want my hair to feel extra special. She’s truly a gifted hair stylist! Recently got a hair color done by her, for the first time & Ashley took her time to listen to what I wanted, gave me after-care tips, truly a professional and just the best at her craft. I feel so grateful that she was able to do the color I wanted.
The office staff on the second floor of NYMDC are very attentive and courteous to the patients that arrive there. Vanessa is the one who takes care of me on the Chiropractic side. She is always awesome in taking care of all the things necessary regarding the intake of patients. She is very personable and polite no matter how busy it gets. I would most certainly recommend that practice to anyone that has a medical need that they could take care of.
I have been a hair club member for at least three decades. Kew Gardens in NY is my preferred location and they are very accommodating with my appt times starting with the coordinator Natalie and with supervisor Ana and salon manager Ridhi. Of course my stylist Janet Kennedy is awesome.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cleaners. Nat is passionate about what she does and will go out of her way to make sure your needs are met. Came to her last minute for a suit I needed tailored for a wedding and she came through for me.

From the very start of my experience which started with a phone call, was welcoming. I was able to make an appointment for much sooner than later. I was given information on the services available. I chose Gentle-touch procedure for my MMS. I felt prepared mentally. On the day of, I was nervous but everyone was really nice and friendly. It took 2.5 hours from start to finish which was way better than the 6 hours I was told from another clinic. I am very pleased with my experience here and am very grateful for the women who made it so. Gentle care and warm environment. Dr. Libby was pleasant, informative and supportive. Thank you to everyone who works here.
Great services, easy to make appointments (though can't use their website to make appointments, would have to call in), clean and quiet, staffs are professional.
