Brought a very sick kitty to Dr. Hartelius, and who was generally not a good patient, in a short time the technicians had him serene enough for Dr. to exam. Everyones professionalism and Eric's calm nature, just made me feel assured immediately all would be ok. He followed through with necessary tests, and the office including him, called several times at home to see how kitty was doing. A top notch animal practice to have in our area.🐱
I can only speak to the physical therapy aspect of the practice. Great program, VERY effective!! My old dog, Miss Molly, has shown real improvement here.
