This was the first opportunity I had to work with RIDOUT’S. The office staff was extremely helpful in explaining their services and scheduling my first visit (furnace maintenance). Trevor came this afternoon. He was courteous and professional. He explained what he had done. I’m very happy with RIDOUT’S service!

Scott from Ridout’s Heating & Cooling came out today to quote a new furnace & A/C unit plus access the current furnace issues. Scott was very proffessional and was able to diagnose issues and perform corrective action getting my furnace operational. Great to have a reputable company near my home and I would highly recommend their service.

Called with a leaking old hot water tank and Nick was there a few hours later to replace it. I couldn’t be home at the time but received texts from Nick on time of arrival and time of work done! Also shoutout to the woman I talked to on the phone, so friendly! Highly recommend ?
