“I tried to set up a consultation with Katie as I am not one to book an appointment over the phone without meeting the hairstylist I was hoping to see. Being Mother’s Day weekend, I understood that this may be difficult since I was in Chicago also. I responded to her text with my availability saying I would be back in Buffalo on Tuesday hoping to book a consultation. It has now been three weeks and never heard from her. The salon, as well as Katie, was given great reviews. No matter how great the reviews are if the salon cannot get back to you makes you think twice about going there that maybe they did not want you as a client in first place.“

“I'm usually someone who has a little anxiety or is intimidated by walking into salons because I don't do much with my hair and I never wear makeup. The girls here are just amazing. They all make you feel super welcomed and I love their banter back and forth. Nothing but laughs and good music to fill your time. Nikki does my cuts, colors and styles, Emely does my braids and makeup and Deja does my lashes. They offer so many services in their cozy space and I always look forward to being greeted by their little shop dog, Coco. Thank you for making me feel comfortable in your space!“
