I recently bought a second hand P38 refurbished pellet stove , and was told if anything was wrong with it they would take care of it. Well I got it home hocked it up and the blower Motor was terribly loud so I called and left a message. Meanwhile I checked into it and oiled a few parts and the noise went away. Later Mark called and I told him the story, he said that’s great but run it and if it gets bad he would take care of it ..........,..., So thank you Mark and Home Heating Headquarters for standing behind your product......I highly recommend you..
