Quickest hotel check in I'd ever had. Literally went to the desk gave her my name showed my ID and my keys were already ready. The room was clean, Passed the bed bug inspection as the bed was encased in 2 mattress protectors. I felt confident actual sleeping on the sheets. Out of habit I do the iron test and for bed bugs and none. My stay was welcoming and comfortable and the location is very beautiful.
I was.trying to find a hotel in Syracuse and because college students were all moving in, hotels were overpriced. So I decided to look a little further away and came across Traditions. What drew me to this was that it also had a spa. Unfortunately, all of the spa sessions were sold out by the time I made the hotel reservations. The hotel has an old school ambiance that could use a face-lift. The front desk checked me in quickly but was rather cold, rude, and I got the impression she was trying to rush me out. Last September, my wife and I got married at Traditions.
To say we were treated well does not begin to describe the work and care these employees put into our special day. Everyone was so flexible and accommodating. From the fantastic front desk staff to the manager literally putting together decorations for our ceremony.
I want to thank Alan from the Sales Department, who worked with us all year, along with Coleen our coordinator who made sure the day went as well as it did.
