All the staff are awesome!! I called them about a pop-up scam about Trojan Spyware telling me to call an 833 #. They assured me that since I didn’t get a hold of them & let them have any access then the computer was safe. So reassuring!
More In depth review coming later but just had The Computer Man replace a dead desktop. I chose them because of reviews like this. Mary, Joe, Trung very friendly. GREAT communicators!Built me a computer with my needs. Price was right. Keeping it local, 5 stars!!!Edit- Really enjoying this PC. Much faster with new to me i5. Glad I chose The Computer Man!
Good, Personal Customer Service. I wasn't able to use their services at this time but they were honest and up front concerning technology and explained tech in layman terms. Good people.
