I have gone back 3 times this year to have my glasses adjusted as they were sitting crooked.( don't know how I manage to get them bent up so often) Each time the new owner/manager Roopie has helped me. He is very nice about correcting them never in a rush. He is very calm and interested in my glasses being the best for me. Roopie is a welcome change! I just wanted to write and share with you what a positive experience I had today at the Empire Visionworks Store at 1290 Front St, Binghamton, NY 13905. Store number 1044. I had the most pleasant and amazing customer service experience today at this location. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Brianna was the customer service person that did my prescreen and sat in the room during my appointment. She was awesome and a rockstar. She was super friendly and made me feel like a special customer. Her knowledge and assistance were greatly appreciated. You have a valuable employee in her, she makes the customers feel comfortable and valued. The kind lady that assisted me after my exam in ordering my glasses, I feel bad that I can’t remember her name, was also amazing. She took her time to help me be sure that I got everything I wanted in my glasses as well as made sure my insurance was entered properly so that I didn’t have to pay more out of pocket than needed.
