This company was named AMR Home Improvements and it had other Names before that. Bottom Line Tony Roma and his partner are nothing more than con artists. They took me, a combat Vet and my wife for $10,000. Their M.O. is to undercut all the competition then they act like they will get started and not show give you excuse after excuse then they try to tell you you owe them more money. We are currently sueing in court. Your best option is to move on. You won't find much info on them because they keep changing the company name.

Quoted job for tiling, waterproofing shower and some door work. Missed 1st 2 meetings for quote. Then proceeds to have emergency after emergency. Literally says "I'll be there in 5" and doesent show. Estimated 1 week job is nowhere near done 12 wks later. Literally need to babysit to make sure any progress is made. Now after pulling the plug on this waste of time I'll have to fight in court for any $ back. Save your time, energy, and frustration by going elsewhere.
