First Impressions is by far the best for home renovations.

My plan was to renovate the kitchen and the floors through out the house.

Paul, the owner, gained my trust instantly with his professional and personable manner.

Paul was by my side throughout the entire process. For example, he brought me to the flooring store where he assisted me with picking the flooring with the best quality that would work for my home.

Everyday, Paul showed up to the house and checked on progress and addressed anything that needed attention.

Paul said everything would be done in 4 weeks.

After seeing how well the renovations were going, I kept adding additional things to be done including a large beautiful built in for my den which has become the favorite room in the house.

Everything was completely finished in 4 weeks.
The crew showed up everyday on time. They were respectful, clean and helped out with extra things where needed.

I have dealt with tons of construction companies and never had this exceptional experience.

After working with Paul, I now consider him and First Impressions part of my family.

“I'm a little perplexed at some of the negative reviews. My wife and I first contacted Long Island Modular in February of 2022. We met with Jonathan and he immediately had us working with his engineer to modify our plans for modular construction. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the manufacturing facility. I was given a tour upon arrival and was introduced to all the key personnel. I really enjoyed meeting all of them and ended up having interaction with most of them along the way. Having a face to the voice is always a positive. I then sat down with one of the engineers and had a very productive meeting. The next time I met with his senior engineer, and I was blown away at how professional, caring and passionate he was. I visited again a few more times after that and even saw the house on the assembly line. Construction started sometime in July of 2022. The house was delivered to us in early September on the exact dates as promised. Sometimes things look good on paper but don't necessarily work in the field. Anyone who's built a house before knows this all too well. We ran into a couple of issues while setting the house and immediately a representative was sent up to help us. The representative was extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard-working. He helped us sort out our issues and was on his way. Building a house from scratch is a lot of work and stress. Jonathan and his team were always readily available to help with any of our questions, needs or concerns. Believe me, there were many. Thank you, Jonathan and the team, at Long Island Modular for helping us build our dream house!“

“Benny and his crew from Elite Painting did an amazing job painting my house. They fixed holes, replaced all the door knobs, and hinges, and always said yes to whatever I asked. Benny is a perfectionist and it absolutely shows in his work! His crew were tidy, polite, and ALWAYS on time. “Had my Master bathroom countertop replaced after undermount sink cracked from a previous contractor. Napoli removed my old countertop and sink. Fabricated a new one and installed it all within three days. They are truly masters of what they do. The quality of the workmanship is amazing and they are very clean. Lesson learned. Let a true pro do countertop work not a general contractor. If you're looking for countertops Napoli is your company.“

“Anthony first did a small sidewalk job for us when our town tagged some blocks for replacement. He was working up the block so when it was our turn most of my neighbors used him and he was able to give us a fair price. He is professional, timely and did a great job.

Six months later our town replaced our asphalt street and we suddenly developed a sinkhole in our driveway. It was fortunate that we already had Anthony as a contact. He came that day and instructed us on our options and importantly he immediately did a temporary fix so that we could use our driveway. Anthony has a lot of experience and recommended that instead of replacing the entire driveway we could add 4 feet of Belgium block rows that would match the aesthetic of our house and is quite common in our town so wouldn’t look out of place. This saved us a ton of money and it looks amazing!

Our bluestone walkways and patio were not looking too great with some broken pieces and weeds. It’s been on our list to deal with. Having two kids in college and money being tight, Anthony convinced us that we could repoint and regrout what we have and that it would look almost new. And it does. It has made such a difference and we have one home project off our list for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Anthony!“

“I had an absolutely first class experience with the team at NISI. Marvin came by to give me a free estimate and together with Rey put together a detailed quote with a very fair price. Once the work began between Rey, Marvin and Nelson someone from the ownership team was on-site every single day. Johnny and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job and did it all with a can-do attitude, never shying away from a request no matter how small. They meticulously added 2 inch foam board insulation under the new siding that completely changed the house. “We hired Sia from Apollo Contracting. We were blown away by her and her crew. Eduardo, Justin and their crew were amazing! They worked so hard! They did siding, windows, overhang, soffits, gables, installed 2 doors, closed up a door and a window and installed eyebrows over the windows. We chose the Everlast siding which is beautiful! Sia had great suggestions and recommendations! The crew was on time, worked quick, were kind (with my 2 kids, dog and cat running around them!) and cleaned up every day after they were done! “Matt is a Mensch. Not only is he a hell of a nice guy, but he’s a rare craftsman who cares passionately about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction.
I have had numerous bad experiences with GC’s. Not this time. He came in and rebuilt an ill installed shower saddle abandoned by a previous contractor, and fixed it perfectly for a reasonable price.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
