Katrina arrived on time today as scheduled. Performed the maintenance cleaning on our Mitsubishi Heat/air cond. unit. Also Cleaned our gas furnace. Was very pleasant and efficient. We have requested and scheduled for her return service for 2023..
I got my heat pump system a year ago, everything went so smoothly from the first consultation to the installation, and even after. I would recommend them to anyone! oh, and I love my heat pump.
I'm glad I scheduled service with Holbrook! Our technician was Tate. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in his assessment and maintenance. Upon request, Tate was also able to estimate a possible improvement for the side of our home furthest from the HVAC. Thanks again!
