It isn't often that I review a business that I never officially hired, but this one stands out. I gave a call to Cross Bros because we had water backing up in our basement - the main outlet drain was clogged.
I spoke with Joyce who was very nice, and she told me that while they could definitely get me on their schedule, the county might be able to flush the drain line from outside of the home for free. She said that she would hate for us to pay for something that could be done for no cost.
Joyce gave me the number of the county to call, and they sent someone out the same day and took care of it.

We put a call into Cross Brothers at 10:00a.m. and were told they could be at my home between noon and 2:00 p.m.Toilet was leaking at the base and the tech pulled the toilet changed the flange and beeswax seal. We couldn't be happier with the work and the excellent cleanup when he finished the job. Fairly priced as well. Highly recommend Cross Brothers plumbing.
