“Noticed a small soft spot in the wall where the previous owners “patched”. Poked through the patch to find a small “pin hole” in the sewer pipe coming from the second story to the basement. Called and spoke to Mark, he had Jonah out within hours, with a small hole made in the wall, noted the previous owner hung something by drilled a screw through the pipe. Jonah recommended a fix and had it done and on his way. Couldn’t have asked for better service!“
