Awesome customer service and staff working here. Good deals and a good selection of tanning and bronzer products. This place is extremely clean and always spotless they are always on top of things and I've been plenty places that aren't. Ignore the negative review, as it's not accurate at all.

I arrived about 10 minutes before closing. I know Zoom Tans policy about arriving at closing time. However, I feel that staff are not happy about us late tanners that stroll in just before closing. One staff a while back rolled her eyes and said, I haven't seen anyone for 20 minutes and I was hoping to get done early. I wanted to walk out, but I said, I only tan 9 minutes, Ill be quick. Today, Kiera was working. I was very happy that she was working today. Kiera is a very nice young lady, who always has a smile, and seems genuinely happy to see her customers. The girls are always to nice when you go in there. My issues are the price increase you decided to do. Been with you since 2104 not at all impressed. Was paying $9.99 and then I get this email stating you’re going up to $39.99. Quite a HUGE jump I would say… I can’t imagine how many people you are going to loose. The state of the world today (economy) and this.. I could see maybe doing a little increase but not 4 times the amount I was paying. I feel sorry for girls that you would even think about putting them in this situation.. How awful of you.. all the explanations upset customers. But I guess it’s all about the money.
