We were extremely lucky to have Coleen from Servpro of Jamestown assist us during our water leak. She made a very tough situation, much less stressful and her team was able to rectify the situation quickly and professionally. I can’t begin to say what a wonderful job we think Colleen and her team did with our home after parts of it flooded! They arrived very quickly and immediately started drying things out to try to save as much as possible before removing damaged areas which we need to repair. She made sure each item and area were carefully accessed for water damage and possible mold before removing them. They catalogued and photographed all the items before having things cleaned and stored. Once we can have the repairs completed they will return all our belongings when we’re ready. They are top notch! I highly recommend them! Absolutely 5 ⭐️!
