They took my daughter in with a self "haircut" that needed to be fixed. They normally don't take walk ins, but they fit her in and did a great job with what was left.

My family and I get our hair done by Crystal every time! I am never disappointed with my cut or color jobs. She has taken me through it all!! She is AMAZING with my son who is a challenge to cut. I will never trust anyone 100% with my hair like I do Crystal! Charm Salon is hands down the BEST salon in the Jamestown/Chautauqua County area!! From customer service, recommending great products, and a great style afterwards Charm Salon in Jamestown is THE place to go!!!

Finally...Crystal and Lauren are back and better than EVER! Cute new place, convenient location, quick and easy to get appt.!! Awesome service, cheap prices and always a great experience every visit! Stop in, you won't be disappointed! Just in time haircuts for my yearly prom as well as my upcoming cruise in 3 days!!! If your picky like I am, this is the place to go! Try em out! No worries!!
