I had a sewer back up and they were called under my warranty to come to snake out my main. They refused to snake out the main and said it wasn’t necessary. I then called another sewer company and they came the same day and removed roots that cause the back up

After PowerFlo sewer company replaced a sewer pipe my ground began to sink. Home Serve who we have a contract with sent Balkan who said PowerFlo didn’t install the pipe properly as to pitch and wanted to fix the problem for $7000!!! When PowerFlo installed sewer pipe initially the contract covered the installation. Now Balkan wants $7000! We never had a back up and a visual of the trap showed a fast flow of water out to the street. I think it’s time to contact the NYS Attorney General. How do you spell SCAM? 🤬

AJ came over to check out the leaks, he gave us a very detailed explanation and options, and he was very educational about water pipes and street drainage and digging. We learned a lot from him.
