Contacted Balkan for a sewer backup in the basement and possibly a collapsed water main. They discussed options with me on the phone professionally and clearly, sent a courteous plumber the same day, did a video inspection, and cleared out the water main. They are the sewer company I now call for these issues.

Quick service, they were in my house in less than 4 hrs after i called my insurance company. The young man was super nice and took his time answering all my question .Had Kevin back to unclog my main sewer line. Took 30 minutes and a huge smila. I appreciate this company..
