Honey Cosmetics in #Harlem a “BLACK OWNED BUSINESS” located at 357 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027, prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is clean. The music sets off a relaxing layback vibe. The ladies are extremely professional, and do an excellent job on eyebrows, makeup, and lashes. I searched long for an eyebrow price that met my budget and that knew how to do fabulous eyebrows, Honey Cosmetics did not disappoint. I did a shaping and tint, cost $35.
