Contract says they are responsible for any repairs 5 years into the job . 4 years later my 80 year old parents have a leak and they refuse to come fix the situation but what is worse is when they call them they block the calls so that it goes to voicemail and then when you call with a different number they respond . That is just awful and my parents are in there 80”s during these times they have to go look for another roofer when they had a contract , sad
