This establishment is no longer “Kim’s Dry Cleaners” as there are new owners and it’s renamed “Romi.” They ruined a dress of mine and it was inexpensive so I didn’t really care. What drove me to write this review is that they could not find my boyfriend’s suit and claimed we already picked it up. Long story short after back and forth, they found the suit. I also found out they pulled the same stunt on a family member’s suit as well. Do not recommend!

I tried to alter my suit here, and now three weeks later I still didn't have my suit because the place is closed even though they say they're open. No one pick up the phone and suddenly they deactivated the voicemail. Dont go here!!!

I will not recommend this Kim's Briarwood Cleaner to anyone. They might be under a new management since I see a new staff and do not know what they are doing. They recently ruined a dress I took and lied it could be fixed and in fact all they had to do was put it back in the machine. The dress, a color dress,now looks like it was washed with chlorine. The jeans I took also still has spots. Excuses after excuses....I have yet to hear from them since they were calling me about the dress. Totally unprofessional... worse experience ever.
