Dennis is the greatest & most caring barber out there. I’ve been cutting with him for over 15years and the shop is always welcoming. I’ve brought first timers over who are now regulars for him; and he treats them all with the same level care & skill.
I've been coming here for my haircuts ever since I was born. I knew the previous owner Roy (may he rest in peace) and his son Dennis, who I was shocked to find out was his son this entire time! Each time I come here, it's always a great experience. This place is a simple neighborhood barber shop, nothing fancy or trendy. It's a place to get your haircut, get that local community vibe, listen and join in on the conversations going on with the customers and barbers. It has that small community feeling, and you definitely feel it the moment you step inside as you're treated like family. I usually go weekday mornings to avoid the long waits because during peak hours, you will be waiting a while. There's no such thing as appointments here. Dennis is a great guy and barber, hurts that I never wanted him to cut my hair when I was a small kid. He isn't bothered by me being silent during my haircut, and sometimes falling asleep, I'll admit. Haircuts are therapeutic for me.~ He does my skin fades right and even though I only see him every few months, he still gets it right and still greets and treats me like family. As if nothing has changed what so ever. I always feel welcomed here and dread the day I need to move and find a new barber. Because it's going to be tough finding a place like Bacchus.
