I want to thank AA Automobile of Long Island (Hillside Location)for helping me in my journey in getting my drivers license. Shout out to Maria for the good customer service and to my driving instructor Toni for the patience, proper training and guidance provided. I took my test at the Laurelton dmv road test site and passed on my first try ! Ask for Toni, Toni is the man! Highly recommended. Overall experience at this school 10/10.

If I could give a zero start rating I would, these people are heartless, no single human empathy, I failed the road test evidently due to the negligence of the instructor they sent, I have proof of this and called to let them know my experience and how bad I’m feeling, the lady over the phone not only made me feel worse she blamed me for failing, this infuriated me so I kept trying to make her understand but she didn’t, she was so rude, cut me short whenever I tried to speak etc. she then goes ahead to tell me the manager would reach out to me. Well I just got off the phone with yhe manager and it was the same block headed experience with him and no sign of empathy or conflict resolution. Eventually his suggestion was I should report to the government!! Avoid these people by all means don’t be $200 short and traumatized like me.

Maria was great with communicating and scheduling lessons. Tony was great for my nieces. They felt comfortable, safe and very encouraged. They passed their test on the first try! I will be using them again for our nephew in a few weeks. Definitely recommend them!!!

Went to pick up my certificate on Wednesday 9:05am and nobody was there. I called and could hear the phone ringing outside the door, so I left a message on the voicemail expecting a return call. I received a text message at 9:19am simply stating “open”. 😀 How professional is that? I picked my certificate today and inquired about a road test and she stating nothing was available.😔 She didn’t even look. The receptionist lady is really mean. Sad 😔OMG she lied to me. Booked the road test for Sept. 10.

Looking at the reviews this place seems so promising but unfortunately i had a horrible experience here with a instructor,it’s already nerve wrecking having to do a first road test but to get belittled about your driving skills on the day of your road test is another level especially coming from a “professional instructor “ and not only that i had asked for my test to be done at a certain location and they made the appointment at a different location. Please be aware since these are services you are paying for .

Rude customer service, misleading website, and poor mobile experience. I was interested in the 5-hour class because of the $5 off coupon, but the price wasn’t visible anywhere on the mobile site. I had to submit a form just to get the cost, and when I mentioned this, I was contacted by someone named Maria who spoke to me in a very condescending and aggressive tone. She insisted the price was on the site, but it was clearly cut off on mobile. When I pointed this out, she hung up on me.
It turns out the site is not responsive and likely violates accessibility standards. The contrast is hard to read, key info is missing from the mobile version, and the price is buried in small red text deep in a subpage on the web version. This website violates wcag accessibility standards and they should hire someone to redo their website. Even the page about the 5-hour class that doesn’t list the price at all. I will not be spending my money here. If you’re looking for transparency or respect as a customer, I would look somewhere else.
