Love all the girls who work here they do such a good job but lately the AIR CONDITIONER HAS NOT BEEN WORKING MAKING IT SO HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT IN THE SALON EVERY HOT SUMMER DAY . Please fix this
I have passed by here several times and been interested to walk in. One of my coworkers recommended Gaby who is a nail technician there since I always ask her where she gets her nails done since they are always so pretty. I made an appointment with Gaby and was there for over 2 hours since she really took her time with me and made sure my nails came out perfect. She did the design exactly how I wanted and was so nice during the whole process. The only thing that wasn't great was the bathroom, I had to restrain from using the bathroom since it smelled absolutely horrible when I went to go use it. Not sure if it was the garbage or something else but they should really make sure to keep the bathroom clean. The other factor that didn't make this experience a 5 star was the price of the nails. They charged $15 to soak off a previous set which I thought was kind of ridiculous. I ended up paying for $120 for just nails which is a lot and I probably won't be coming as often due to that.
Today I went for the first time to have a normal pedicure and some nails with semi-permanent polish (simple designs) and the experience has been perfect, good treatment and delicacy, thanks especially to the manicurist Vanessa who treated me.
Those who complain that English is not spoken should go to Manhattan to get a manicure for double the price ?
