It was my first time at this Salon and the first thing I have to say is that it is a very beautiful space in All White chic with red accents. The atmosphere definitely feels like you are in for an indulgence. I came in to get Hair Extension Consultation. I've never had it done before. Stephanie, who is the owner, explained the different types of services they provide. She even showed me how her own were done. I was surprised she had hair extensions! I opted to do it the way she had hers done. Luckily, I had brought my clip on hair pieces to show them. They were good quality pieces so they used them for my extensions. The process took about 2 hours and the price was reasonable. Hugo (the hairdresser assigned to me) did such a fantastic job. I was a little uncomfortable holding my head down for so long, but it's part of the process, right? They do offer you something to drink while you are sitting there. I did wish I had a straw because it was hard to drink with my head bent forward. Afterward it took Hugo another 20 minutes to style my hair. That ended up costing me additional which I was not expecting as I was told that he was just doing finishing touches. Because of the additional expense, I didn't have enough for tip. It was a bit awkward for me. I really wish I had somewhere to go that night because I looked really great!!!! I will be coming back to see Stephanie and Hugo for hair maintenance. Next time I will be clear about exactly what I'm paying for so I won't feel embarrassed not having enough to give gratuity. Pay in cash. You will save more. Make sure you have something to read and/or your phone is fully charged because you will be sitting there for awhile. For others who have had terrible experiences here, I am wondering if you were able to go back and talk to Stephanie and her staff. They were so nice and I would think that if you were unhappy with what happened you could go to them and they would help with correcting whatever it is.

It's very good! Customer service is super! U can do your hair cut or do your eye brows ! They are very friendly and clean ! The price are moderate!! Pls try...you are going to love their services!!

I got a hair cut & a Brazilian Keratin treatment done here a bit more than 3 months ago. I'm still getting compliments by others till this day about how good my hair looks! I remember feeling very nervous coming in since I never cut my hair that short and worried how it would look. Memo did a really great job cutting it..my hair looks fabulous! Wilmar did my keratin treatment and he did such a wonderful job as well. Before this, my hair was really damaged and really frizzy..they helped fix it up and were both really patient/ precise with everything they were doing. LOVE THIS PLACE. Will definitely go back soon
