“We had another plumber come in to do other work and clear a slow drain. They left their snake in the pipe. We called Rainshaw to get this fixed. He came was very personable and professional. He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. He worked effectively and efficiently and was able to get the snake out without needing to replace any of the plumbing. He was also able to clear the clog Now the drain is operating properly. “We discovered our water heater had been leaking and we had no idea until it ruin one of our walls. We had just replaced the water heater 4 years ago, so it was very unexpected and frustrating. It was covered by the manufacturer warranty, but ofcourse we had to figured out how to get it to Homedepot to exchange it and reinstall.
