1. Please be sure to get an Estimate of Benefits from your insurance provider BEFORE having any dental work done. (Ask b Dental for procedure codes)
2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.

I was asked constantly if I was okay, if I felt pain, and so forth. Dr. Gordon was really nice too. I can honestly say that I don’t mind going back and continuing my care there.“

“I had to leave a review because this dental experience was really above and beyond. I hate going to the dentist—experience anxiety for weeks in advance. I filled out some forms before hand and spoke to this anxiety. The entire staff was so warm and friendly, and my hygienist made sure to give me lots of positive reinforcement.
