“Fifteen bucks for a haircut in NYC. unheard of. Good haircut. Shitty haircuts in Manhattan are 35/40 plus tip. Not as good. Place was crowded, a bit dumpy and smelly. But I tolerated it all for a good cut for such a cheap price. The barber tried to sell me other services. I got shaved for 15 bucks. Razor could have been better. I think they are open late“
