I've used Sprague & Jackson for years for my US taxes, bringing all sorts of crazy head-scratching problems to them (is a post-doc fellowship from the Japanese government taxable or not?), none of which have ever fazed them.

David Sprague, as a principal partner of Sprague and Jackson is exceptional in all ways. He is extremely knowledgable of tax law and works with clients to implement changes in creative ways. He holds the designation of an "enrolled agent" with the IRS allowing him to represent clients in audits with the IRS. Having numerous different situations that have required creative accounting solutions, I have been impressed and satisfied in all circumstances.
