“The zipper wouldn't unzip on my fancy wool sweatshirt and John kindly took on the job. He replace one of the double zippers without having to take out the entire length of it and made it look like it was meant to be that way. I also had a tight turnaround timeline and he graciously helped me within that framework. Incredible professional. Don't hesitate to let your beloved clothes be taken care of by this man.Update: After about 2 weeks the zipper got stuck again and never unzipped. “Twice over the last 3 years we have had prom dresses for our daughter altered which required about 6-8 inches in length taken off and 3-4 layers of complicated material and a train. The first dress she took the material and made a matching mask. The second dress she took some of the material and made straps.
