Taking a star off because the staff at the reception are very slow and never pick up the phone. I’ve had a lot of trouble calling to schedule appoints or order contacts, sometimes even calling several times in the middle of their business day. They certainly don’t match the high level of professionalism and competence of the eye doctors.“
