I had a 35 year old boiler that I wanted to replace due to its age. Their guys had the old one removed and the new one installed in less than a day. I had a minor issue with the install, but it was quickly fixed. Great job. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Called after hours on a Friday to look for a part to repair a boiler on a no heat no hot water call at house with 4 kids. The operator got me in touch with a tech who spent over an hour looking for said part and verifying the issue. Even though they didn't have what I needed I cannot say enough for the service they provided, especially in today's age where good service is a rarity. Thank you.
A service company I had used for many decades ghosted me, not responding in over two weeks of messages left by phone, email, text. A neighbor recommended HSC--I called mid-afternoon an they came out the next day to fix AC--even earlier than estimated. It turned out my previous provider had disconnected the AC during the winter, saying he'd be back in the Spring to do the AC--well, he didn't! The two workers from HSC were courtesous, businesslike, and solved the problem within an hour. I recommend them highly. I won't name the other company out of courtesy--the quality of the previous work was good, but it's no use if they don't communicate or respond. I will use HSC in the future.
