Overall quality of service was good, but the barber cut my hair too short too quickly, meaning there was no going back and fixing it. Did not listen to my concerns in the beginning concerning hair length and my other preferences in general. The quality of the cut and perm did turn out fine, just not to my liking.
I can give 3.5 to 4 stars for the haircut— not as detailed as in finer salons, but it’s okay.
However, the staff were so rude when I called to make an appointment. I couldn’t hear their words, and they just shouted at me??!! And when I pointed out their rudeness, they said nothing to apologize. I saw similar complaints saying they were rude, and now I can prove that.
I’ve been getting my hair done here for several years and I won’t go any where else. The attention to details and skill are the best. I have super thick hair and they know exactly how to manage and make it look amazing. The prices are also unmatched, especially for people with long and thick hair. Highly recommend.
