Joe, Joey and Rob did a fantastic job on our new fireplace. From repairs to the chase and chimney pipe, to installing new oil burner chimney, to designing a mantle, to the install of the fireplace and stone it was clear they knew what they were doing and care about their work. Very communicative during the entire process and very helpful in making selections that would work best for our project. As a family-owned business they give the personal touch to all they do.
I am very happy with the entire process. Some stores will not do repairs, but Jovial did at a fair price with excellent workmanship. We have a terrific wood burning stove that is 20+ years old, and the stovepipe was falling apart. We made an appointment for an estimate, and the owner showed up (which is a rarity these days for many estimates such as doors and windows). The estimate was fair, and even though my husband had wanted to do the replacement pipe himself, I just wasn't comfortable. Installed a brand new wood burning stove in our living room. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and we are very pleased with the way everything turned out. We would definitely recommend them !
