I am giving Tony/Chimney Genie a 5 star review! Tony and his crew just left my house after rebuilding inside and outside our chimney/fireplace that had been blown apart from a lightning strike. Every review that I had read about Tony and crew were absolutely true. Tony communicated quickly and every step of the way. He worked with us and our insurance company which was not an easy task. Tony and every worker explained each step to us in layman terms. They were all clean, neat and polite and did extra for us without hesitation.

Great job on my chimney cleaning! The service was affordable, fast, and effective. They even followed up to ensure I was happy. My fireplace is safe and efficient again. Wonderful experience overall.
My chimney crown was cracked and leaking. Tony fixed it up real good. He put on a new concrete crown and waterproofed everything. It held up great in the last downpour. I'm relieved it's all sorted and appreciate the professional job.
