Vinny gave us the most detailed and realistic quote out of the 4 contractors we had give estimates on our Basement project. Work started and finished within the initial timeframe he gave us, and stayed within the estimate budget he set for us. Honest and upfront all the way through.His operations manager Heather is an absolute gem. She updated us daily on what to expect for the next day, who would be coming, and when they would be there. She helped us on timeframes for items we needed to pick out and helped guide our decisions with her knowledge of current trends and work they have done on other homes recently.Our project manager George was on site several days a week to ensure the job was progressing at a high level and in a timely fashion. He went out of his way on several occasions to pick up necessary items to make sure the work got done that day and kept the project on schedule. George and Vinny were also was extremely accommodating when we asked them to add an additional project in our home midway through and found a way to fit it in the schedule with no issues at all.Dan, Ray, and Anthony all did excellent work with the built-ins, cabinetry, and tile work. They took our input and worked with us to deliver exactly what we had envisioned.Simply put, we will never be looking for another contractor for any of our home projects going forward. “My wife and I hired Fusco Interiors for our main bathroom, mud room and hallways. They came highly recommended on an Internet search and I totally agree with the reviewers' assessments. I looked at a large sampling of all reviews. When I called, their receptionist was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We received both emails and phone calls to verify the start date and time and we discussed various paint colors based on photos we were requested to send.<br><br>Mario and William ("Painters") arrived on time and came well-prepared. They placed floor tarps and plastic sheets to protect the floors, windows, doors and hardware. When the painting was completed, there wasn't a speck of paint nor plaster anywhere due to the painters' care and attention to detail, plus respect as if our home was theirs. We keep an immaculate house and the painters left the house as clean as when they arrived. The difference was a beautiful, fresh paint job, smooth walls including sharp corners.<br><br>The painters' skill and craftsmanship were easily evident and the care they exhibited was much appreciated. They didn't rush their work and answered our inquiries with full and concise explanations.<br><br>The job was well-priced and it's a no doubter that we would hire Fusco Interiors for our next project.“

“Came to Future Image Designs through a recommendation from CertainTeed for a siding project that we were planning. We interviewed a number of potential contractors, went through the typical discussion on colors, styles, options, etc., however, Mario Nearchou, the owner of Future Image Designs was the only contractor to spend time with us, take measurements, walk the property, inspected the structure of the house and the roof for potential impact to the project, and provided an estimate that he met without exception. We agreed on a start date, he kept us informed, arrived as planned, and completed as planned. He arrived with a larger team day one for demolition, and kept a smaller team throughout the project, including a lead, not to mention Mario arriving every morning to start the day, answer any questions, and ending the day ensure the site was clean, including our neighbor’s property. In addition, he was fully accessible via telephone or text. You can tell much of a business by the interaction with the owner, and Mario has a strong relationship with his people, most with tenure over five years, and many recommending each other to work with Mario. In terms of the actual job, everything about the siding, window frames, and flashing looks beautiful, and Mario made a number of suggestions to improving the lines of the house. Along the way, we asked Mario to do some additional projects, he was transparent with pricing, completed as requested, and exceeded expectations. He will be returning later in the summer to address some issues around our chimney, and will be installing a new deck/patio area in the back of the house. Irrefragably, Jay produced the most comprehensive and detailed bid out of every general contractor that I engaged with. Every line item was broken down, (i.e. each electric switch, window, etc. had a dollar amount)His transparency is truly unmatched in a field where most contracts pad and add margins to each line of supplies, in addition to their profit line. Ultimately, I proceeded with another contractor merely because my cousin, the architect worked with the other one more often -- although I was very torn on this decision.
